STEMtacular Event

Students from St. Michael’s had a wonderful experience participating at the STEMtacular Event which took place in Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim today. It certainly was a fun filled day, with lots to see and do, including an exciting show by Scientific Sue and stands from MET Eireann, the National Parks and Wildlife, the RSA and the Institute of Physics to interact with.

We were thrilled to take home the Stemtastic Award for one of our projects showcased, entitled “Explosive Volcano”. Top marks to all involved  . We are super proud
